Where is just…. ONE Washingtonian….. on the discussion panel?
How can we have a discussion on the District of Columbia Emancipation Day…and there is no Washingtonian to participate in the panel discussion?

    This is shameful.

Are the organizers too lazy to find a Centenarian Washingtonian?
